Captain Hops's Story...
Meet Captain Hops!

He is a super mellow, very loving and social 2 year old bunny! He spent nearly two months in a county kill shelter & was very sad but once he was pulled from the shelter by us he came to life! Captain enjoys the company of humans and loves to explore. He is great with being held and moved, loves to be brushed and is just the perfect bunny for anyone! He has plenty of energy for many hours of bunny fun! Captain is neutered, healthy and has many many years left! (remember a well cared for bunny lives up to ten years!) If you are interested in adding this wonderful bunny to your home please either email us at or fill out our application today!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Captain Hops, a Santa Clarita Other/Unknown was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Other/Unknown for sale in Santa Clarita, or seeking a Other/Unknown from a breeder in Santa Clarita.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Santa Clarita already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Santa Clarita breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Other/Unknown breeders who help with Other/Unknown rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Santa Clarita paves the way for another one to be saved.
