Pablo--RESCUED!'s Story...
Pablo and his brother, Picasso, appear to be Treeing Tennessee Brindle Mountain Cur mixes (said to be mixed with Bluetick) who are about 1-2 yrs old. and weigh around 50 lbs. Pablo is a little shy but very friendly. Though not the social butterfly his brother is, Pablo would still enjoy a human who can keep him in shape and intellectually stimulated as well as someone who likes occasional quieter, one-on-one bonding time.

Act quickly to adopt Pablo--RESCUED!. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pablo--RESCUED!, a Marlinton Mountain Cur/Bluetick Coonhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Mountain Cur/Bluetick Coonhound for sale in Marlinton, or seeking a Mountain Cur/Bluetick Coonhound dog from a breeder in Marlinton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marlinton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marlinton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Mountain Cur/Bluetick Coonhound breeders who help with Mountain Cur/Bluetick Coonhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marlinton paves the way for another one to be saved.
