Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Our policy is to reserve the cat-trainable dogs for those homes that truly require them. If you have no small animals, you will need to adopt a dog that is not deemed small animal trainable.
Carol is a sweet, friendly girl, but she takes her time getting to know people. Once she takes you into her "circle", she's your best friend. Her confidence should grow as she gets out and sees new things. Watch her closely in the house initially as she may not know what's hers and what's not.
Carol seemed to do well in cat testing, but dogs that are shy may not show their true nature at first. Use a muzzle initially, and closely monitor all interactions. When unable to monitor the interaction, some form of physical barrier should be used, i.e. crating.
Carol interacted well with the other greyhounds, but she can be a bit dominant with other females.
A fenced yard is required to adopt Carol.
