My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Max. He is a 1.5 year old kelpie/ min pin mix. You know when people talk about that perfect sized dog, not too small and not too big? Max has totally got that going for him. Max upon meeting looks like he has got a lot of energy (and don't get me wrong, he does) but his burst of energy come to a end and he has a chill side as well. His outgoing personality makes you giggle (he was jumping up to catch flies today 😂) and he is eager to learn and please. He seems to have a small prey drive so a home with cats and other small furies might not be a good match; he does however enjoy the company of the 2 dogs and 2 young boys in his foster home.

Animal Rescue Recon makes sure that each dog is current on its vaccinations, has been or will be spayed or neutered, and is microchipped to help keep pets out of the shelters and get them back home where they belong.
