Zora's Story...
Hi, my name is ZORA and I am a STUNNING 2 year old GRAY TABBY female that was taken in by Posh Pets when somebody found me and took me to a high kill shelter. People that have gotten to know me say that I am VERY SWEET and GENTLE. Plus, they feel that I am VERY KIND HEARTED and LOW KEY. I can often be found relaxing in my fluffy cat bed or gazing out the window dreaming about living in a home where I am loved and adored. Are you in the market for a WONDERFUL CAT? I would really like to be your ONE and ONLY four- legged friend. Arrange to meet me. I am spayed, UTD on shots, and FIV/FeLV negative.

To meet me, fill out the CAT ADOPTION APPLICATION at

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Zora, a Long Beach Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Long Beach, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Long Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Long Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Long Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Long Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
