RILEY's Story...
mr. riley is a very lovable, sweet big hunk. he will be three in august. he loves everyone. his owner had to move and had to make the heartbreaking decision to find him a new home. he is 80 pounds. he likes cats, but likes to chase them. no aggression. he can be protective around his family, but he has never bitten anyone....I would not put him in a home with little kids because of his massive size. he likes riding in the car..he does have a tendency to run, so he should be harness while walking, and a fenced in yard would be great. he would love to have a doggie friend to play with. his adoption fee is 325. please contact me, soulymainepetsrescue@comcast.net if you want to meet him. he lives in Bath, Maine...he is microchipped..

Why Adoption is a Great Option

RILEY, a bath Boxer/Mastiff dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/Mastiff for sale in bath, or seeking a Boxer/Mastiff dog from a breeder in bath.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in bath already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a bath breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/Mastiff breeders who help with Boxer/Mastiff rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in bath paves the way for another one to be saved.
