Schmegal ( Peanut) is a cute little Chihuahua about 3 to 4 years old. Peanut came to us as an owner surrender and had been neglected. He didn't have hair on most of his body. He was covered in fleas and had a yeast infection but that is behind him now and he is ready to find a forever home who will never let this little guy down. Peanut loves to run and play outside and is a fun little dog. He also loves to cuddle with you on the couch where he wants to lay right on you. He likes to sleep under the covers with his person at night. He is crate trained and house broken. He gets along with other dogs but when it is cuddle time he wants all the attention. No small children for this guy because they can be overwhelming and to much for him.

Adoption events are every Saturday, excluding holidays, at the Petco located at 11331 W. Broad Street, Glen Allen, VA (next to Trader Joe’s) from 11:00am to 2:00pm.
