I came to HATS as a feral kitten. After several intense weeks of TLC, I decided that people weren't so bad and I'd like to live inside. I'm still a baby, so I'm learning how to be the best version of myself. I'm looking for a gentle home with people that can help me grow up to be the best adult cat ever! I don't mind other cats and gentle dogs are okay with me, too.

About Humane Animal Treatment Society

About Our Shelter...

The Humane Animal Treatment Society (HATS) is a
volunteer, community based organization that exists
to provide a valuable public service in emphasizing the
vital importance of spaying and neutering, and preventing
the suffering and death of countless unwanted animals.
Every adoption is one more step in breaking the chain of
unwanted litters of puppies and kittens from irresponsible,
uncontrolled breeding.

HATS spays or neuters 100% of the animals who are adopted from the shelter. Through adoption fees, the Humane Animal Treatment Society recoups only a fraction of the costs directly related to the treatment of animals while in our care.

Our organization relies on donations to fund these valuable programs and to continue care for our furry friends. The funds we receive help offset medical expenses and assist with the housing and care of shelter animals who are awaiting forever homes.

Our Adoption Process...

Every adoption is one more step in breaking the chain of
unwanted litters of puppies and kittens from irresponsible,
uncontrolled breeding.

Upon intake, every animal receives age appropriate
