IGGY's Story...
IGGY would love to be adopted as a single indoor-outdoor kitty (indoor at night) in a safe area or a fairly large home which he can explore and not feel the need to go outside at all. His former owners left him behind when they moved. The new owners insisted they come an pick him up. Reluctantly they did so only to arrange to have him euthanized the next day. When their daughter found out, she became very upset and brought him to me, a Forgotten Felines foster home.

This beautiful friendly is UTD on his vacs, neutered, and microchipped. If you wish to know more about this friendly exquisite fellow, please call his foster person, Ann, at 845-284-2359. If interested in adopting, please fill out our online application at ForgottenFelinesNy.org

Adoption fee applies.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

IGGY, a valhalla Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in valhalla, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in valhalla.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in valhalla already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a valhalla breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in valhalla paves the way for another one to be saved.
