Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Donations Needed******This cocker girl needs your help and kindness to help her feel better. Please donate today to help us pay her vet costs to heal her skin/coat and ear issues.
My name is Mae Mae. I am a spayed 4 year old black n white cocker girl. I am an owner surrender looking for a new forever home after I get well. 4 years ago when I was a youngster, I was given as a gift to the daughter of the lady that had to give me up. When the daughter moved out without me, the lady moved to an apartment and took me with her. She was gone a lot, so I was home alone and on my own for long hours. She knew that I deserved a better life, so she asked for rescue help to get me a good home. I will do best in a new home as the only dog.
Unfortunately, I have come to rescue with major yeasty skin and coat issues that must be addressed before I can be adopted out to a home. Currently, these nice folks cleaned me up and are taking care of me with medicated bathes 3 times a week and my ears needed major cleaning and medicines too. I am heartworm negative, up to date on shots and I have a good temperament. I like attention, love and toys. I am a sweet girl and happy that someone cares about me enough to help me feel better, as my skin, coat and ear issues have been quite itchy and uncomfortable for me. Please donate to help with the costs of my care to get my skin/coat and ear issues taken care of so that I can then have a 2nd chance at a forever home after I get well. I would appreciate your kindness to help me have a better future. Your donations of any amount are tax deductible and greatly appreciated!
If you are interested in adopting this cocker girl after she gets well, please send an email to: larrydonnacarp@aol.com for an adoption application. Our adoption fee is $300 and covers all of the care and vet needs for this dog while in rescue.
