My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Please read all info below before proceeding. Please make sure you are ready to adopt before filling out an application. While we don't charge a fee to submit an application we can understand why some rescues do. A lot of time is spent reviewing applications. Time that can be spent caring for the dogs. To do all that only to be told that you now aren't ready or have changed your mind is time consuming. Please read all info posted about the dogs and if we say the dogs needs a fenced yard and you don't have one please don't proceed. We also don't adopt out to home with INVISIBLE/SHOCK FENCING and can provide you some info if you would like to understand why we feel this way. Because these are rescued dogs we don't usually know who the parents are so breed listings are usually an educated guess. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE WILLING TO MAKE A LIFETIME COMMITMENT TO THIS PET. If you are interested in this dog please go to our website to fill out an application www.susieqdogresq.com. A vet reference and home visit are required. Please check our pet list to see more animals up for adoption.

Little Bear is a little sweetheart looking for someone with a big heart. Some of his favorite things are hugs, kisses, and kids. He likes to go for walks in the park and rides in the car, but he is also just as happy cuddling up next to you on the couch or in bed. He will get very attached to his new person and will follow them from room to room wanting to be right by their side. He is not very fond of being left alone or spending time in a crate. He prefers to be the only dog in his new home but doesn't mind sharing his home with a kitty or two. He is doing very well with his potty manners, and we recommend he have a fenced in yard to facilitate his good habits. Little Bear’s previous owner went into a nursing home, since then he has been searching for someone to love him and keep him safe. Are you that someone? He has been microchipped and fully vetted and his adoption fee is $250,00
