Facts about Cole

  • Breed: Labrador Retriever Mix
  • Color: Black
  • Age: Senior
  • Size: Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)
  • Sex: Male
Don’t let this old guy’s age fool you. Cole’s foster mom is convinced that he is a puppy trapped in an old dogs body. Cole is a happy, playful 12 yr. old black lab mix. His main goal in life is to find something to eat that isn’t dog food. Cole is a professional counter surfer, lover of fetch, independent, and an all around nice guy. Although Cole has some arthritis, liver issues and falls down a bit, he doesn’t let that stop him from having a good ole time and getting into anything that smells yummy.

Cole is crate trained and doing FANTSTIC on his housetraining to a dog door (the first week was hit and miss, but now that he has the routine down; he has been a rock star).

This guy would love to find a forever home that will play with him while respecting his independent nature (no hugs for this big fella, but he will give you kisses).

Cole has been neutered, current on vaccinations, tested negative for heartworm and also micro chipped. He has had a dental and bloodwork. He will need a regular check up at a vet to keep his liver values where they should be.
