Hello there! My name is Lulu Belle and I know my name quite well. I come to Lulu or Lulu Belle, or when you pop a can of food open! I’m a little cat but don’t let that fool you, I have a BIG heart. I came to TLC over a year ago and it’s long past my time to find my puurrfect home! Hey maybe that’s you! I came in with babies and they have all found their homes. It wasn’t as easy for me because I like to take things slow. With your patience we could make a great team! So let’s cut to it, here’s some facts!
I like- catching bugs, chasing feather toys (pretty much all toys) , playing with my younger housemate, stealing his bed, a little wet food treat in the evening, snuggling up in your lap, sleeping in high places, sunning in the window, bird watching, any type of greenie treats. Also CATNIP, oh my catnip. I love it
Things I’ve worked hard on and accomplished- DOGS! I used to be afraid of them (due to some really bad prior experiences probably) but now I even snuggle them! I am currently fostered with two big dogs and they don’t bother me! I probably wouldn’t do well with dogs that won’t just let me be, however. SNUGGLING! I wasn’t sure about people when I was first rescued but now I’ll take over your lap! I’m not ideal for small children though. Probably best to be at least teens. My favorite foster parent is currently a 14 year old that takes excellent care of me while I wait to find the puurrfect home.
I don’t like- being locked up, whether that’s in a room or crate, I don’t like it! That also means I don’t get to come to the TLC events for people to see me in person. So don’t hesitate to set up a meeting with me where I’ll be more comfortable in my fabulous foster home. I am also available for an overnight where we can get to know each other at your home.
