Hi there! My name is Harry. I'm sorta shy....ok I'm very shy at first. I'll warm up after a little bit. I became a Lucky Dog after my house burned down with my entire family in it! It was very scary but then this really nice EMT lady brought me to this Lucky place and now I'm waiting for a Lucky Foster or Lucky forever home! The human girls all think I'm very handsome (take note of that guys)!!
I am mostly flat coat retriever. That makes sense because if you have a tennis ball, I can retrieve it really good! I LOVE to play ball! I'll play fetch all day with you! I am crate trained and am working on my manners real hard! If you want to spend a little time working with me I will make you very proud!
Note: Harry has some fear of being leashed. This is probably a result of the fire. Not aggression, just scared. He needs a foster or adopter who can spend some time with him getting him to trust again and teaching him what love is all about. Take a chance on Harry, he's worth it!!!

Our adoption fee is $250 and includes all age appropriate vaccines, spay or neuter and microchipping. The breed and age included in this listing is based upon the opinion of a vet that has examined the dog. We cannot confirm the age of the dog unless the dog was born in the care of the rescue. We are located in the metro Atlanta area. We currently do not allow out of state adoptions as a home check is required as part of the adoption process.
