I am a pretty and sweet female Lhasa Apso. My age is listed as 5, but it’s possible that I am younger than that. I had some problems in my first foster home, but that all changed in my current foster home. I just needed some outlets for my high energy level. I enjoy good walks twice a day with the rest of the pack here. Games of chase in the yard with willing playmates are fun too. We are all crated when we are home alone, but I haven’t exhibited any behaviors that would get me in trouble if loose. I also sleep in a crate in the bedroom at night without protesting. I get so excited when it’s time for a treat or a meal. I quickly learned that sitting instead of jumping around was required, though. During quiet times, I curl up contentedly in a cozy spot near my person. I like attention and affection too, but I’m not demanding about it. Because I am doing so well now, my forever person/family must be able to provide enough activities that we can do together daily to drain energy. If you are looking for an active outdoor companion who will chill with you afterward, I could be your girl!
