Meet FARLEY - Such a handsome boy !
He is available for adoption in the Midwest and New England.
What a handsome boy is this boy Farley ! He is a gorgeous 1 year old, 75 lb. Lab. Farley really likes his people and he really is just a big puppy at heart ! What a great running or hiking buddy he would make. Farley would need obedience classes and an experienced handler - he is all boy. He can be dominant with other dogs so would need appropriate introduction. We suggest no kitties. Farley would be a great fit for a family with older children or the single guy who wants a buddy to run with and just hang with. He loves his people attention and loves being around people. Farley is neutered, heartworm negative, up to date on vaccination including rabies and is micro-chipped. He is also crate trained. If you think you might be a good fit for this gorgeous boy, please go to our website, www.luckylabrescue.com, complete the online application and indicate 'Farley' in the note section. He is a great boy and would excel with the right handler.

About Lucky Lab Rescue and Adoption - IN

About Our Rescue Group...

Lucky Lab Rescue and Adoption is an all-volunteer, non-profit (currently filing for 501(c)(3) status) rescue organization whose mission is to reduce the euthanasia rates and inhumane treatment of Labrador Retrievers in the Midwest and find loving forever homes for them.

Most labs that come into Lucky Lab Rescue are from shelters here in the Midwest. Most are at risk of euthanasia, usually due to overcrowded shelters. Labs are one of the most popular breeds of dogs due to their loyal and family oriented personalities. Labs are also one of the most overbred breeds and are the number one breed to be found in shelters. They also have one of the highest euthanasia rates. Some find it difficult that rescues can be breed specific, however, Lucky Lab Rescue and other lab rescues make a huge impact on euthanasia rates just by rescuing labs and lab mixes alone.

Our Adoption Process...

Potiential adopters must fill out an application and a Lucky Lab representative will follow up with both a phone and home interview. Our adoption includes all vaccination, microchip, spay or neuter and a heartworm test. Provide additional medical treatments if needed.
