8/21  Just letting you know and I hope you'll love me anyways   .... I do get car sick and throw up. I try to be ok  but the car just   sWaYs   and  SwAys   and I can't help it. I sometimes can make it ok on shorter trips if I have an empty stomach.

Also, I take medicine to help with my allergies. If I don't take it my skin gets itchy. When I take my medicine I don't feel itchy.

8/10 - Hey there! My name is Carrie. I am such a lovebug ♥♥♥ !! I would love to find a family to share all my love with! My heart is just bursting with love yet I'm a really mellow zen dog. My foster had 2 large dogs visiting for a week and I had fun playing with the big guys. My favorite things to do are cuddle, play fetch with stuffed sheep, hang out with you, play with my dog peeps, be with you, roll in the yard and be next to you.

I have gorgeous speckles, spots and markings. And sometimes I stick my tongue out really cutely when I sleep. Check out my pics!

I hope to hear from you soon. If you have any questions just hit me up.

8/2 - Update from Carrie's new foster! Carrie has a super sweet personality but is timid. She's working on that! She is also working on slimming down a bit.  She loves to be the center of attention and she loves being close to you. We have not been crating her here. She gets along well with her four legged foster siblings! And despite being returned for soiling the house, she hasn't had one single accident while here.

7/16 - Carrie has been returned to the rescue after a year for soiling the house.  We will be posting new information and pictures as we have them.

Carrie is a Cattledog mix  who came into the shelter grossly skinny, with bald spots on her back and neck that we are still working on. She was so fearful and still is very timid and hunkers down sometimes when you go to pet her. She has improved greatly though!!! She has loved her foster dad since day one, so we feel like a woman was mean to her. She sees him and that tail perks up and starts wagging - it's adorable! She is great with the kids and other dogs too! Whoever adopts her is getting a sweetheart.

About Mostly Muttz Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

Mostly Muttz Rescue is an IRS registered, 501(c)3, public charity that is an all-volunteer, foster based canine rescue striving to keep man’s best friend from dying alone in the shelter system.

We believe that every dog, regardless of health, deserves at least a fighting chance to live, to love and to be loved for the entirety of their life. At Mostly Muttz Rescue, we often choose to save dogs suffering from curable illnesses within the shelter system rather than rescuing dogs that will be easy to place.
