Hello People,
My name is Bleu and I'm two years old and cuddle sized, at just about 20 pounds. I have silky black hair and a white blaze at my throat. As you can see, I look like a miniature Lab and I'm 100% cute.
Before I was rescued I was moved around a lot and somewhat neglected. I never got to play with toys or to run and play. But since I came to my Foster Mom’s house, my life has changed for the better! I'm learning all about how to be a great pup (and Mom says I am a star pupil.) I have the best time watching my foster brothers and sisters run and play, and sometimes join in. I now have toys to play with and I share them with my doggy siblings too.
My favorite thing, however, is to hang around Mom. I'm very content to lie close to her, or go with her to do whatever she does. Mom calls me her sweet, quiet and loyal companion. After a busy day of 'helping', I love to relax in the sun and enjoy life.
Dad wants you to know that I am very smart and have learned my commands in no time at all. I like my walks and am good in the car and of course, ta da! I am housebroken. I'm happy to meet adults and greet them nicely -- but I'm very afraid of the little people called children. In the past I was teased and hurt by them, so I would prefer to live with big people only please.
So if you are looking for a buddy to hang out with, like to go for walks and rides, are around most of the time and have a pup or two to play with, then I’m your guy. Ask for me, Bleu, I can’t wait to meet you.
