Meet Serge! He is about 13 weeks old and weigh about 12lbs. He is a Shepherd mix. He is very social, playful and sweet puppy that love kids. He loves to run and play with the big dogs that live at the fosters home too! He is up to date on all his shots, neutered, and has a microchip.
