My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Eight adorable ORANGE tabby kittens were born inside of a shed in someone's backyard where mama cat found refuge in mid April of 2016. The Jackson Madison County Humane Society was contacted for help, but with it being kitten season due to so many irresponsible pet owners in the area, the shelter was full at the time. It wasn't too long before foster mom Laura had an opening though and she agreed to foster the kittens after they were tested for kitty diseases. The kittens had a severe case of ear mites and some pretty nasty conjunctivitis to the point that some had eyes literally glued shut. The kittens are tons better at this time due to bi-daily medications and care, but you can see in some of the pictures that they even lost some of the hair around their little eyes. No worries, it will grow back.
If you are interested in meeting one or two of these orange beauties, feel free to contact Laura at Lapa@aeneas.net or text her at 731-431-5710 to meet and reserve your kitten. They will be fully vetted via JMCHS and can be adopted for $80 or two for $140.
