My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Skip was rescued from animal care and control where he was listed as a stray. Due to the enormous volume of animals being relinquished, space became an issue, and Skip was scheduled to be euthanized which is when RESCUE stepped in.

Skip is a delightful little guy who is reminiscent of Toto in Wizard of Oz. Everyone he meets becomes his new best friend, and that includes people and dogs alike! Skip LOVES other dogs, so much so that we would love to see him share a home with another playful dog or two. He seems to be a very well behaved boy with above average intelligence. He's fun loving, spunky, incredibly affectionate, (will give you a good face washing if allowed), and an all around joy to spend time with. It is seriously impossible not to smile and have a case of the "warm fuzzies" when in Skip's presence. Skip is the type of dog who reminds you that it's the small things in life that bring the most joy. He takes pleasure in the simplest things, and is grateful for anything that he has. I think Skip could teach us all a thing or two! :)
