My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jesse is an extremely affectionate dog. He thrives on being with people and is a terrific hugger. He will lean up next to you and gaze at you adoringly with those amazing blue eyes. You are sure to feel the love with Jesse! His coat is super soft and he has a cute little nub tail. He weighs 28 lbs. Jesse is crate-trained and housebroken. He walks great on lead and will enjoy hiking and exploring with his new family. Jesse does fine with other dogs but will chase our cats if they run. We have not seen him with children. He was found as a stray so we don't know much about his first year, but we see a wonderful, loving home for him in the future. Meetings are held at our adoption center in downtown Mocksville by appointment only. Jesse will be neutered and microchipped prior to adoption. He is up to date on his vaccinations. He has tested negative for heartworms and is on monthly preventatives for heartworms, fleas and ticks. Jesse is about two years old and can not wait to find a forever family to love!
