Darby's Story...
Darby is a beagle mix breed and weighs 3 pounds. He will be a small sized dog when grown. This is a great breed and will be a wonderful addition to any family. Beagles are easy to groom, friendly with people, peaceful with other pets and have a very soulful expression. This breed needs a lot of exercise and require frequent walks. A fenced in yard would be great for his boy since beagles are explorers and chasers, who will follow their nose wherever that fascinating smell or sight takes them. It is a good idea to watch these types of dogs when outside since they are great at digging and are very good at climbing things. Darby is loving and thrives on attention. Darby started on his worming and vaccination schedule and is a very healthy pup. If you are interested in adopting Darby or his sister please fill out an application - - now. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Darby, a Bartonsville Beagle puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Bartonsville, or seeking a Beagle puppy from a breeder in Bartonsville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bartonsville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bartonsville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bartonsville paves the way for another one to be saved.
