Majestic in her statuesque beauty, true to her breed, handsome and happy Harley is as large in lovability as she is in size. Playful and sweet, friendly and affectionate, Harley is highly intelligent, has been obedience trained, and knows more commands than we have space for! She thrives on long walks and running free in her owners’ fenced yard, burning off her puppyish energy before cozying up to them for cuddles. Excellent in the car, companionable in doggy daycare, she remains somewhat wary of strangers and strange dogs (often barking) until she grows comfortable with them. Always on her best behaviour, and both kennel and housetrained, she has free reign of the place during the day and sleeps wherever she chooses at night. Despite her ongoing need for activity to keep her mentally and physically satisfied, Harley now finds her 'home life' too hectic for her liking. For this reason only, her loving owners are seeking a quieter and calmer environment for her. Because of her strong prey drive (squirrels), she is best suited to a home without cats, with loving adopters to balance a tranquil indoors life with an active outdoors one.
