Swag's Story...
Swag is approximately 3-months old and a Red Heeler-mix puppy weighing 26 pounds. He is HW- and, he loves other dogs and kids and is curious about cats but not aggressive in any way towards them. He just wants to play with anything that moves and he loves to snuggle. He is being treated for a mild case of demodex mange, which is not contagious to other dogs. He will probably become a medium to large sized dog. He is a real Sweetie. He is in a foster home where he is learning crate and house training and will be available for adoption. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Swag, a Alpharetta Australian Cattle Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Cattle Dog for sale in Alpharetta, or seeking a Australian Cattle Dog puppy from a breeder in Alpharetta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Alpharetta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Alpharetta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Cattle Dog breeders who help with Australian Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Alpharetta paves the way for another one to be saved.
