Hey there! Frisky Fida (Fee-duh) here. Are you ready to play? Cuz I sure am.
I am almost 3 years old and a big boy (78lbs at my last check in) that just wants to cuddle. I love my people and so the couch needs to be big enough for us both!
I live now with cats and other dogs and do well. I want to play with them and let them know sometimes by barking, but foster mom says that scares them, which is why they run away from me. When I don't say anything, they all come around and hang out with me, which I like. I love puppies too - I just found that out when I met some recently.
So more about me...I am house and crate trained and fairly good on a leash although foster mom sometimes loses her shoes when I see a squirrel in the yard and she is on the other end of the leash. She also says I am part Labrador and part something else - she says if you see it in my face, it's probably there. I see Angel and Handsome Devil in there, so it must be so.
I have just finished up my heartworm treatment and the doc said I am good to go to my forever home. I don't need anything more for heartworm treatment except my monthly prevents which I would need anyway...btw, aren't mosquitoes the worst!?!
I sometimes have an upset stomach, so I can't have people food, but as long as I get my 2 square a day of my food, I am just fine. I don't need anything really special, but sometimes foster mom gives me a pill (Cerenia) to keep me from losing my biscuits.
So that's me in a nutshell. I hope you saw something you liked and I get lots of fan mail and applications because I love to meet new people! I'm hoping one of them wants to take me home for ever and ever.
