Malala is a perfect example of how forgiving a dog can be. This sweet girl is 2 1/2-years old and weighs about 60lb. Malala doesn't care that she was abandoned and ended up in a shelter. She doesn't care she has had multiple litters at such a young age. And she doesn't care that she was diagnosed with heart worms (she has completed treatment, is heart worm free and ready for adoption). All Malala cares about is having a person, a warm bed, good food and a home. She is very friendly with other dogs and wants to be around them, but high energy dogs do make her a little nervous. She is good with kids and is great with her foster's 2-year-old and takes his random craziness like a champ! We aren't sure about cats, but with her track record, she might do well. Malala is an absolutely beautiful dog and affectionate beyond belief! She loves to give kisses and be as close to you as possible. She loves to follow you around the house, She loves to lay in the sun, she loves to watch what's going on in the neighborhood through the window, and she has been getting more playful as she heals. She doesn't chew on things, rarely barks, and doesn't get into any trouble. She is frightened by thunderstorms but just needs reassurance. She's a wonderful dog and anyone would be blessed beyond belief to have her. Malala is around two years old, house trained, crate trained (but she doesn't need one), she loves walks and does really well on-leash, and loves car rides. One of She is just a big 'ole sweet girl who loves everyone she meets. Do you have a place in your heart and home for a special girl who thinks she is a lap dog?
