Is your life a little dull? Do you need to add a little sparkle to your life? And we do mean little! This 5 pound little lady might be just the thing you need! Sparkle the Chihuahua mix is estimated to be about 3 years old. She might be a little shy at first, but once she knows you she'll be your best friend. As with all mini-dogs, Sparkle is delicate and needs to be handled gently. Older, responsible children would be okay, but no very little ones, please. Sparkle is new to Adopt-A-Pet, so stay tuned for more info as we learn more about her.

You can meet Sparkle at Wilmette Pet Center 7 days a week during normal store hours (847-251-6750, www.wilmettepetcenter.com)

Sparkle's adoption fee of $300 includes: vet exam, heartworm test, heartworm preventative, distemper combo vaccination, bordetella vaccination, rabies vaccination, routine deworming, microchip, flea/tick preventative and spay.
