Lexie's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Lexie's Story...
Lexie is a total sweetheart who just wants to be near her people. She will rest her head in your lap and look lovingly into your eyes. She loves to get belly rubs and will play a little fetch, although she is pretty calm and laid back most of the time. She is housetrained and a very well behaved girl. She has never met a person she doesn't love, she is sweet and gentle around all people from young to old. She would like to find a calm household where she can just hang out and be a loved family member.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lexie, a Allison Park American Bulldog/Australian Shepherd dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Bulldog/Australian Shepherd for sale in Allison Park, or seeking a American Bulldog/Australian Shepherd dog from a breeder in Allison Park.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Allison Park already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Allison Park breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Bulldog/Australian Shepherd breeders who help with American Bulldog/Australian Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Allison Park paves the way for another one to be saved.
