My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We got a call that two dogs had wandered on a stranger's lawn in South Carolina and the neighbor was going to shoot them. They were covered in ticks, lost and had no place to go until our wonderful foster ran over and took them in. Baxter is just all about loving you. He appears to be about a year old and weighs 30 lbs, though he could use another 10 lbs. Despite all he's been through, his coat is beautiful and shiny. Like his sister Haley, Baxter is great with the children and adults alike. Both of them ride well in a car and do not get car sick. He is crate training great and comes in and out on his own. They don't know anything about a leash but we will begin to work on that. This boy could not be sweeter. He gets along with all 15 dogs in his foster and is so grateful to be safe and sound. Baxter deserves a soft place to land with a family who loves him. He is a beautiful boy just waiting for a family of his own, could that be you?
