Haley and her brother Baxter wandered onto a stranger's property in South Carolina lost and confused. The neighbor called us when he threatened to shoot them and our wonderful foster came to their rescue. Now safe and sound, she is learning what it is to be loved in her new foster home. She gets along well with the 15 other dogs in foster and really loves the little girls. She weighs only 19 lbs right now and could use another 10 to be at a healthy weight.. Her coat is in terrible condition from being covered in ticks but now that she is clean she is on her way to being the beautiful girl that she is. Her time of wandering and being forgotten is behind her and someone is going to get an angel in this little girl. We think she should be around 30 lbs when she is at her proper weight. She is much shorter than her brother Baxter. She is the height of a beagle and Baxter is a good 4 to 5 inches taller than she is. Haley is crate training great and learning how to come into the house but we still have to pick her up and bring her in. Haley will be a wonderful addition for a loving gamily that can show her kindness and compassion. She is gentle with children and is grateful for the attention of adults. Haley is now up to date on her shots, has been dewormed, is heart worm negative, spayed and microchipped. Full vetting and transport up north included in her $475 adoption fee.
