found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.
The second we saw ARCHIE's face we were in love! He is funny, sweet, goofy, and adorable! He is about 18 months old and gets along great with other dogs. As long as kitties have claws, he can live in a home with them as well. ARCHIE loves giving kisses, cuddling with both dogs and humans, nylabones, car rides, and pretty much all life has to offer. He thoroughly enjoys playtime but does't have the build for tons of endurance. He knows not to potty in the house or in his crate. ARCHIE's foster family has a toddler and they are big buddies. He doesn't have a mean bone in his precious body. That being said, ARCHIE has no clue that he isn't a 20 lb lap dog so he can inadvertently knock a child over. We wouldn't be comfortable placing him in a home with small children unless the home has large dog /small child experience. ARCHIE's lucky forever family will get a lifetime of happy memories and smooshy faced kisses!
ARCHIE is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccinations.
His $300 adoption fee includes the cost of transport to Nashville.
An adoption application for ARCHIE can be found at the following link: http://wp.me/P73YMd-1h
Please email the completed application to email@example.com. It typically takes us around 5 business days to process an application. We will reach out to you as soon as your application is processed.
All of our dogs start their journey in Memphis, Tennessee where they remain in loving foster families until they are adopted. Once adopted, they travel via one of our transport partners to their new forever homes. We use Alpha Dog Pet Transport for our New England, Nashville, and Knoxville adoptions (https://alphadogtransport.com) and The Road Home Pet Transport for our Midwest adopters (https://www.facebook.com/roadhomepettransport).
Breed selection is done in conjunction with two local vets and is not to be considered a guarantee but rather a well-educated decision from well qualified staff.
Due to the extremely high volume of inquiries we receive, we ask that you request, complete, and submit an application before asking additional questions. We try very hard to include all pertinent information in our bios. We are excited to help you find your new family member. However, Woof River is 100% volunteer operated. We want to spend our time saving dogs and assisting those adopters who have taken the time to complete an application. Thank you for understanding.
