Abby's Story...
Abby is a wonderful black Great Dane that came to us because she was not happy with some of the men in her life. She was around kids and other dogs and did well. We have found that Abby is doing really well with all the men in her foster home and loves to give them kisses and loves to plop herself down in bed right next to her foster dad and snore life away.

She loves toys and playing with them and showing her beautiful self off to everyone. Abby needs some work in the leash dept but that is a small price to pay for such a beauty. She is not destructive and is the apple of her foster mom’s eye. Her response to cats is unknown. We would recommend kids over 9 yrs old for this gal.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Abby, a Baden Great Dane dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Dane for sale in Baden, or seeking a Great Dane dog from a breeder in Baden.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Baden already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Baden breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Dane breeders who help with Great Dane rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Baden paves the way for another one to be saved.
