Meet adoptable Rover! Rover is a super sweet, 1 year old Shih Tzu/poodle mix with a face that can make you melt! Rover is the happiest, friendliest little dude. He is good with other dogs big and small, good with adults and kids and LOVES to play! He is picking up on potty training like a champion and is totally crate trained.
