Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Kenna's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, and good with kids.

Kenna's Story...
Kenna. 7 year old Pointer mix. House trained. Current on vaccinations, spayed and microchipped. Adoption fee $150.00

Kenna came to us in pretty rough shape. She had burns all over her back and an ACL injury.

She has been through treatment for her burns and is completely healed. She has some permanent hair loss on her back but has made a full recovery! She has had ACL surgery and is healed from that also.

If you are looking for a very sweet and low maintenance doggie, then Kenna might be the one for you! We would recommend she be the only dog in a home due to some dog reactive qualities she has.

We require an adoption application be filled out before a meet and greet is set up. This does not obligate you to adopt, it just helps us determine if a particular dog would be a good fit for your household. An adoption application can be found at www.waldosmuttleycrew.org

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kenna, a Indianapolis Pointer/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pointer/Labrador Retriever for sale in Indianapolis, or seeking a Pointer/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Indianapolis.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Indianapolis already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Indianapolis breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pointer/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Pointer/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Indianapolis paves the way for another one to be saved.
