Cosby was brought to us after his owner died. He's a senior dog and a very happy dog. He has fit in very well with all the other dogs. He needs an owner to keep him company and will make a good companion dog. Cosby, Labrador Retriever Mix has been shared from Shelter Exchange.

About Our Rescue Group...
Sugarfoot Farm is located on 115 acres in Columbia, Kentucky. When we moved to Kentucky from Connecticut, we planned on continuing our horse breeding business as well as Australian Cattle Dog Rescue. Originally we rescued only ACD's but found it hard to say no to the other innocent faces pressed against the pens. So we opened up our rescue to all breeds and became SUGARFOOT FARM RESCUE.
SFR is a nonprofit, 100% volunteer organization. Our mission is to adopt animals in danger and provide for their health concerns. Our goal is to place all rescued animals into good homes.
Before an animal is adopted, they each receive a health exam, shots, wormer, and are spayed or neutered. Once an animal is safe and healthy, they are adopted out to families that will provide good homes for them.
We love our pets and want to adopt them out to people who will love them as much as we do!
SFR also offers low cost microchip services and spay/neuter vouchers.

Our Adoption Process...
We do not have a set adoption fee and ask you for a reasonable donation to help us offset our costs. Please consider the fact that our dogs are vaccinated and spayed/neutered before they are adopted, as well as their daily care. This is all done at our expense.
All donations are accepted and appreciated. As a 501 (c)(3) Public Charity, donations are tax deductible (as allowed by law).

Other organizations are rescue groups run by busy volunteers who may take a while to reply. You can find information about the shelter or rescue group caring for this pet, and their adoption procedures,
