Thufir's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, and good with cats.

Thufir's Story...
Thufir and his 4 brothers and sister were dumped at a shelter along with their mom when they were a couple of days old. Despite his rough start, Thufir is a strong, healthy boy, with tons of energy and a penchant for excitement (and treats!) Thufir is the most energetic of his siblings, but he's just as sweet and snuggly as he is boisterous. He is great with other cats and would be happiest in a home with playmates.

Thufir is 5 months old, neutered, up to date on vaccinations and flea/tick prevention. He is being fostered along with his mother, Harah, and sister, Chani in Hartselle, AL and would love to schedule a play date! He loves making new friends.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Thufir, a Knoxville Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Knoxville, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Knoxville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Knoxville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Knoxville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Knoxville paves the way for another one to be saved.
