Daisy's Story...
Meet Daisy! She's currently in need of a great home. She is 4 years old and is a lab/blue heeler mix. At Daisy's current home she is often outside and we are looking for a home for her where she can be an indoor dog. Her current home has kept up with wellness exams, shots, and has had her on insect repellent and heartworm preventative. She is in very good health. When she has been inside, she does appear to be house trained. She is also kennel trained. Daisy gets along well with other dogs, cats, and children. Daisy is described as a sweet girl who enjoys having her ears rubbed, playing tug of war, ball, and going for car rides. She will give you an endless amount of love, kisses, and many years of companionship.

If you would like to meet Daisy and make her part of your family, please contact us via email at kcpetfinder@hotmail.com. Her adoption fee is $175 and includes age appropriate shots, microchip, spay, and heartworm testing.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Daisy, a Overland Park Labrador Retriever/Blue Heeler dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Blue Heeler for sale in Overland Park, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Blue Heeler dog from a breeder in Overland Park.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Overland Park already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Overland Park breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Blue Heeler breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Blue Heeler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Overland Park paves the way for another one to be saved.
