Hermes currently fostered in Northern California

HERMES an adorable  5 year old Havanese mix and possibly the happiest dog you will meet. Around 20lbs, with incredibly soft fur, you are guaranteed to fall in love. He will make you laugh when at the dog park, join you for a swim at the beach and help you keep up on your daily exercise regiment as he loves neighborhood walks, and is always looking for squirrels in the 'hood.
Hermes is loyal, and loves to be the center of attention...He will attempt to bully other dogs when he first meets them. He is currently in a foster home with a large female dog and they get along very nicely.  They each had to hold their ground when they first met , but now they are happy sharing their space and their person.   He needs to be managed when his family has house guests, as he can be protective of his people.
Hermes is potty trained, needs to feel safe and attached before left alone and sleeps through the night, but his favorite adventure of all is riding in the car with his foster mom. If you are an experienced dog owner, have a big heart and are seeking love and joy in your life, Hermes is your guy.
