Meet Merry, approximately 4 years old, spayed female, Foxhound mix with so much personality and charm. Merry is very sweet and polite, she loves people despite her past. She is an international rescue from Iran where she was found helpless and weak at the Metro station. She has traveled long and far in search of a loving forever home. She is house trained, really enjoys spending time with her human family members, enjoys long walks where she gets to sniff and explore and putting her talents to work. Merry is dog selective and doesn’t get along with all dogs, though she has several dog buddies. She is most suited to a home where her adopters are willing to continue to follow training instructions (positive reinforcement methods only) and manage her environment so she continues to learn to ignore dogs on walks and outings.
