Lady Bird's Story...
Ladybird (affectionately known as "Bird" for short) is a 2 year old Treeing Walker hound. Weighing in at around 65-70 pounds she still thinks she's a lap dog - she loves snuggling, belly rubs and lots of time staring soulfully into your eyes. She is house trained, crate trained, and great around cats, dogs and children. She is absolutely a "people dog" - any time she can spend loving you is time well spent to her!

$175.00 adoption donation ($200 for puppies under 6 months old) helps us take care of all the dogs we rescue. All dogs are spayed/neutered, tested for heartworm and tick borne diseases (if old enough) , microchipped and vaccinated for rabies (if old enough), distemper/parvo and bordetella. They are also treated for internal and external parasites if needed. Many dogs also receive extensive medical care such as surgeries and dentals.
