Lady Grey's Info...

I am in need of an experienced adopter, rideable, up to date with shots, and good with kids.

Lady Grey's Story...
Lady Grey was found running as a stray and came in on Valentine's day. She has only been ridden twice here but is sound and sane. Done all that is asked of her. She is 13 -14 years old. Up to date on every thing, easy to handle. We would like an experienced home that will appreciate her loving heart and will treat her kindly. She is not a horse you have to get after and she really loves attention. She is is about 14.2 hands tall. She was even preg checked by the vet just to make sure her wandering did not lead to a foal. She is finally cleared by the courts for adoption.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lady Grey, a Sheridan Arabian was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Arabian for sale in Sheridan, or seeking a Arabian from a breeder in Sheridan.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sheridan already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sheridan breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Arabian breeders who help with Arabian rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sheridan paves the way for another one to be saved.
