Willow's Story...
Willow is a sweet, fluffy, calico, around 7-8 months of age. Foster mom reports she is a little cautious at first but warms up quickly. She is a "purr box" and follows foster mom everywhere. She is still a kitten at heart and can play a bit rough so she isn't great with adult cats at the moment as she doesn't match their energy level. Foster mom is working on this with her. She can turn anything into a toy, is spayed, up to date on shots, and litter box trained. Willow is a very loving and adorable kitty who will surely steal your heart!

If you are interested in meeting Willow, please email us at Willow's adoption fee is $100 and includes age appropriate vaccines, microchip, spay, and testing for feline leukemia.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Willow, a Overland Park Calico cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Calico for sale in Overland Park, or seeking a Calico cat from a breeder in Overland Park.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Overland Park already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Overland Park breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Calico breeders who help with Calico rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Overland Park paves the way for another one to be saved.
