Tom Tiger's Story...
Meet Tom Tiger! This ten week old kitten is one of the last few kittens confiscated from a property last month. He sports a very handsome, medium-length coat and has the most soulful eyes! Tom Tiger has been in a foster home since he was six weeks old. He's now ready to find a forever family!

Although a bit shy at first, it doesn't take long for Tom to show his spunky side! This sweet kitten loves to play with other cats and he would do well in a home with feline friends. Tom will chase after toys, pounce on his pals and then cuddle up for a kitty-nap! Please note that he often feels uncomfortable when picked up. Due to this, we would recommend Tom go to a home with no small children.

Tom Tiger has been neutered, received two rounds of kitten vaccinations and is litter-box trained. We would love to see him head home soon. Come by to meet Tom!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tom Tiger, a Germantown Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Germantown, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in Germantown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Germantown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Germantown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Germantown paves the way for another one to be saved.
