Hi! I am Wallie and some people think I may be kin to a long hair Chihuahua. My foster Mom said she has never seen so much fluff on such a little guy! What everyone can agree on is that I am about eight pounds of cuteness and love! I have some special issues though. I have some spinal damage in my neck and my hind quarters...the doctor isn't sure if I was born that way or if I was hurt. It can cause me pain at times and I need to be treated very gently. So it is probably best if I was in a home that didn't have babies or small children. I do well with other dogs as long as they are as mellow as me. I can't play rough and tumble like other dogs. I like to go on little walks, mainly on grass. I would love to live in a big fenced in yard. I can't do a lot of stairs so if you have them, I would just need a little help. But no stairs would be best for me.
