Thomas is an extremely friendly, affectionate young dog of about 10-12 months. He appears to be either a dachshund mix or Bassett Hound mix. he is approx. 25lbs. He struggles with a mobility disorder that might be due to one or two weak or smaller vertebrae in his back. He is not paralyzed, but rather has only sporadic control of his back legs. When his spine is stabilized, and his back legs are placed in a proper position, he is able to take steps normally.
