This guy has been through the medical "ringer" but he's been patient and we're finally getting him to a healthy state. He was rescued by a group in TN and diagnosed with a diaphragm issue that was misplaced and squishing all his other organs. They put him through surgery and fixed it. After months of rehab, they sent to us where we experienced issues with him keeping weight on. After another long series of diagnostic tests, our vet got to the bottom of it. Bottom line, he'll need special food and perhaps medicine for the rest of his life. He's only 2 and is a wonderfully sweet dog so for those brave at heart and not afraid of medical maintenance, QUASI's your guy! He's in our PAWS BEHIND BARS prison dog training program and is now very obedient, crate trained & house trained. He is fully vetted.
