Delia is a great loving dog that just wants attention and to please whoever is around her, she is great with kids and adults alike and will not stop kissing you if you are giving her attention, she is getting along great with my dog and loves to run and play with him.

Delia joined Buster along with her two young puppies (who’ve now found their forever homes). Delia has overcome a lot in her time with her foster family. She’s no longer fearful of men, brooms, rakes or water, and is even a huge fan of her foster father. This curious girl has rediscovered her puppy side and loves to run and play fetch. Once a little energy is burned, Delia is a good listener, kennel trained, eager to please, and has had training through Paws. Delia’s trainer has said she’s one of the smartest dogs they have worked with! She is proficient in “sit,” “leave it” with treats, and “dance up.” Delia loves her Nyla bones, balls, and cheese-wiz. She’s great with kids and is growing more curious, but fond, of cats. She also loves to play with her foster sister, Mabel, and does well around dogs, male and female alike! This girl with her big personality loves to sit on your lap and get her belly rubbed. She will be sure to steal your heart. Delia is a gentle sweetheart with lots of love and playfulness to share with a family.

About The Buster Foundation Pit Bull Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

WHO WE ARE: The Buster Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing and re-homing pit bulls and bully breed mixes. Through decades of cruelty, unethical breeding and irresponsible ownership, a once beloved family dog has now found itself the victim of discrimination and abuse, and a source of misdirected public fear. We believe that every dog is an individual, deserving of a loving home, proper care, and a fair shake, regardless of breed. We hope our efforts lead to a better educated and more compassionate public.

The Buster Foundation is an ALL VOLUNTEER organization, and does not operate a shelter. All Buster dogs are cared for in foster homes by volunteers who commit their homes and free time to rescue, rehabilitation, and adoption efforts.

We respect our volunteer's fierce commitment to our dogs and trust you will understand why we cannot always respond immediately to requests and inquiries. We make every effort to have a volunteer respond to inquiries and questions within 72 hours. We thank you for your understanding and patience! Please try again if you do not receive a response within 72 hours.
