If you are looking for a puppy that will make you laugh everyday then Sthira is your girl. Disregard that her name means "ease" because she will definitely keep you on your toes. With such a clownish and energetic personality she will always keep you entertained. Sthira came into the shelter with her sister Sukha as strays. When The Pet Rescue Center saw both their sweet faces behind those bars we knew we couldn't leave them behind. They came into our facility a little nervous and not wanting to walk on leash, but they have made a huge turnaround. Now they can't wait to go on their daily walks! Sthira is a young pup who will need a good amount of daily exercise as well as all her basic training. Contact The Pet Rescue Center for more info on Sthira!
ADOPTION PROCESS:
Pets are visited by appointment (times are flexible). Please email adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org to arrange a meeting time. This process allows potential adopters to spend adequate time with their prospective pet and prevents long wait times.
All interested parties must fill out an Adoption Application, which will be reviewed to find the best possible match. You can find our application online at: http://www.thepetrescuecenter.org/adopt/adoption-application.html. Completed applications can be submitted online, faxed to (949) 743-5878 or emailed to: adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org
Our adoption fee is $300 for dogs and $150 for cats, and includes spay/neuter, microchip, flea treatment, deworming, regular veterinary check-ups, and current vaccinations. This fee helps to defray the costs of medical care, supplies and boarding while the animals are in our care.
The Pet Rescue Center is a 501c3 non-profit organization. Our mission is to save the lives of dogs and cats at risk of euthanasia. The Pet Rescue Center is temporarily housed inside the Alicia Pet Care Center at 25800 Jeronimo Rd. Suite 100, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.
