Casper needs a home as soon as possible. It could be a Rescue Organization with an approved Foster, or preferably, an Adopter but he needs a loving home immediately.
This poor bulldog has been through so much already. He was found in a really rough neighborhood in Miami, Florida after having been shot close range in the head.
He survived and after numerous surgeries is doing amazing. He has a left side deformity of his skull but no neurological or mobility impairments. He is a very sweet boy, absolutely loves to play with toys, he is very affectionate and loves to spoon for hours. He gets along with other dogs but proper introduction is key. He loves to meet new people and is trusting & loving even after having been shot by one. The rescue that saved him from certain death has folded and the foster continued on her own to take such great care of him. She continues to pay for all his past surgeries on her own, e she is no longer able to care for him due to medical issues. She has done an amazing thing to have saved him and made sure he was well.
Now, Casper needs a home where he will feel safe and be loved forever. It is now our turn (all of us - as a community) to help this amazing boy find a safe and loving forever home where he can create a new life free from cruelty and pain. We all need to work together to help make this better for him. As compassionate & caring animal lovers and advocates, we need to make this right!
Casper is estimated to be about 3 years old. He is neutered and up-to-date with vaccines and is microchipped.
